With rupee at its lowest level & prices at their highest level, with no sign of improvement, Finance Minister Pranab Mukharji (Post Graduate in History) could have gracefully given resignation accepting his failure, rather shamefully preparing to take charge of President of India. Are we Indians such a fool? The Congress & Gandhi/Nehru Mafia, surely think so. Only those incapable people who are unwilling to change themselves can take such decisions.
